White Stuff in Texas....?????
ice storm blew through D/FW area last night. This is not SNOW folks! This is ICE! I opened my garage to go to work and this is what I saw:
I walked out on it and there was no give whatsoever.... solid ice on top!
So I drove very slowly!
I got to work in decent time, and no problems! It's a bit tough with so much low end torque, but I made it!

It was -11F this morning when I left for work. Spring cannot get here soon enough!

I'm home as well, had fun GETTING home yesterday, almost slid into the garage just giving it a little gas (no weight in bed of truck).. not even going to attempt to make it out, instead, I'll spend my free time on the forum!! :)

Hmmmm some of U guys from Texas teased us on the Southeast and Northeast end of the map last week, so we decided 2 send U all a present :D Where suppose 2 get some more snow here this week, man this will make me enjoy Spring and Summer even more this year :yesnod:

Hmmmm some of U guys from Texas teased us on the Southeast and Northeast end of the map last week, so we decided 2 send U all a present :D Where suppose 2 get some more snow here this week, man this will make me enjoy Spring and Summer even more this year :yesnod:

No problem getting home last night or going in this morning. Now coming home that was another matter. The ice pellets that had some traction this morning had been beat down into one big sheet of ice. Had a heck of a time crossing Blue Mound Rd by Harolds.... Bites to work in a 24x7 operation with no chance of telecommuting. Give me snow anyday!!!!
