Question for you 93 Ruby guys??

Question for you 93 Ruby guys??
I noticed a vette on a dealers lot, and at first look, took it to be a 93 Ruby. When I stopped to look closer, I found the color to be a deep purple. Almost, what I think is Black Rose. It had the 93 anniversary badges on the fenders and on the seats which were a light tan. Am I wrong, I was under the impression that only the Ruby option had the badges on the fenders? :withstupid:

Sounds like someone added the badges on. Were the emblems on the nose and gas door chrome?
And yes, only Ruby's came with the side emblems

:iagree: Only the rubies had the emblems on the fenders as well as the chrome emblems on the hood and gas door. Also had ruby emblems on the wheels.

I forgot to look at the other emblems. Thanks, I know the RPO Z25 was the Ruby option for about $1455 and 6,749 were sold. I love the Ruby, I would love to get rid of mine for a good clean Ruby. :party:

nope, no white stuff, but plenty of sand from across the street. Closest we got to the white stuff here was it dipped down to 30 one night, and rained 2 months later :D

GS's and CE's had emblems.
Ruby ZR1's had a special one too, basically the 40th, but with ZR1 added to it
