Is it going up and down? If not then you need a new one.
If you remove the trim panel in the hatch area(where the hatch latches) you will find the wires for the power antenna, although I've never looked, I'm sure there is a fuse for it.

I just had this problem of the antenna motor running all the time and not going anywhere. I wanted to disconnect it myself so I just pulled the fuse to get it to shut up while I was researching. I found the best way to disconnect it was to take the wheel off and go in through the back fender panel, but when I went to do that, my whimpy jack couldn't get my super vette off the ground more than a cm before it settled back down :smash: So I took it to the local shop and they disconnected it for free. :cheers:
