Re: Rear Hatch Vent Kit Question (HG)
I think that I got mine through Zip. Mine is the one that you actually have to tighten the bolts. Its very secure, I like it alot.

Mine too, it twists into place and is very easy to install and remove, takes about 1/2 second.
Only thing to watch out for with any vent is when you close the hatch, do not ever slam it down, you will break the hatch switch for the hatch ajar

Excellent communication. Really nice to deal with the guy that actually makes the item instead of a customer support tech that drives a Civic
Excellent craftsmanship, all metal and covered in rubber.
He also makes a jack adapter for jacking your Vette by the differential.

I
did do that... How do you fix it? I tried looking at it and couldnt figure out why it wasnt working. However, I was able to make a temporary fix for it. :smash: I think it will probably end up being a long term fix if someone doesnt tell me how to fix it for good.

Re: Rear Hatch Vent Kit Question (McShagger)
The permanent fix for that is to buy a new hatch ajar switch from Ecklers or MidAmerica. Remove the black panel covering it and there are 2 screws holding it in, and a wire connector. Takes about 5 minutes to do it.

Re: Rear Hatch Vent Kit Question (vader86)
Mine broke a second time. This time I just unplugged it, now my alarm won't go off at 3:00am anymore. Everything else works just fine.
