Wobbly mirror-trunion question
The drivers side mirror on my 1984 Corvette wobbles like a bobble headed doll. I have pulled the glass, as many threads have directed. In my case, the cross shaped trunion is fine, but the plastic clip on the back of the glass is broken. Does the trunion come with a new plastic clip? Any other suggestions?

I would like to know also, I may find that myself when I try to fix mine.
In the catalogs, I have only seen a pic of the cross, no clip. Maybe someone else will know.

You need to purchase a new mirror. They come with the plastic back.
