Wiper Problems on 84
I have plenty of windshield fluid but it will not come out. How do I test the pump to verify that the pump still works and that one of the lines is not cloogged?

Remove the hoses that feed into the sprayers going to the windshield. Then turn it on. If they spray, then the windshield sprayers are clogged. Use a safety pin to clean them out. That is usually the problem.
Also check the filter in the windshield resivour. It could be clogged.

And after you get them working never use plain water since it tends to build up corrosion and block lines.
