 HOLY SHEET THAT'S CHEAP!!!
The cheaper than any other one I've seen. The lowest I've seen for sale was $800 for a used top. I should get one. My dad got me the "convertable" top from Mid-America (folds in half and stores in the back), but I still think that this would be a good addition for my car for interstate driving (when the weather's not so nice, or else the top is off). Right now, my top has a nice crack in the middle (original top) and was glued by my father.
Yep - I would recommend not doing the interstate with the folding top. I think they are rated for 55 MPH.
Another alternative at a similar price is http://www.sunroofdoctor.com . Note the Ours / Theirs comparison on Sunroof Doctor's web site. You're decision, but at least your armed with information and know the questions to ask.
Nope. It says any LEGAL highway speeds. If it flies off, they'll give you a replacement top. The interstate I'd be driving on is mostly 65mph and even 70mph in some places.

Re: Targa Top Replacement (DelcoVette)
DelcoVette,
Where you pleased with quality from Astrotops? I don't want to start a vendor bash, but I have gotten word that they are not a great product.
No I wasn't all that happy. I hate to vendor bash as well, but since you asked and some other forum friends are shopping for tops I owed you guys to tell you about my experience. I guess you get what you pay for, but If I had to do it over again, I would try Sunroof Doctor this time. Here is what was wrong with my Astrotop:
1) Top was delivered by the guys in the BIG BROWN TRUCK. The box had no visible damage to it. I open the box, pull out my new fiberglass top and find dings in the front edge of the fiberglass that was poorly packaged and was hitting the bottom of the box every time it was set down. These will need to be sanded down to fit the black trim piece over the front edge.
2) I look at the surface and there are 3-4 deep gouges that will need to be filled before it gets painted. These are about 6 - 7 inches in length and are NOT near one another.
3) Glue from the headliner installation is visible on the inside of the frame. To be clear, picture yourself in the car with the top on. Right above the rear view mirror, there are black clumps of goo that have to come off.
4) These same glue clumps are on the black trim edge and needed to be cleaned off.
I wish I was smarter and had taken pics of the top to post before I dropped the car off at the paint shop. I hope they don't charge too much to correct these problems or I will be quite upset. :reddevil
Ebay. I bought a perfect condition fiberglass top for $300 plus shipping. I also have one of the more difficult years to find. L86-88 tops are few and far between. Good luck with your decision
