Water
I have water in my hood latch over the battery. Where the pin of the hood gets latched on. The small bucket over the battery is full of water but the one on the passenger’s side is empty.
Is there a drain plug that may be clogged?
I am afraid of drilling a hole in it because the battery and other electronics are directly beneath it.

Most of us have water collect in that area as well. Good news is, most aftermarket supply houses sell kits that will remedy that situation. Bad news is, you'll have to drill a hole to attach the drain tube and then route it around and under the battery or wherever it takes.

In 1995 they put drain tubes in there, you can buy a kit like George said.

On my son's '92 Coupe, there is indeed a rubber drain directly above/behind the battery - there is none on the passenger's side. We have lots of woods behind our house and the 8" rubber tube that hangs down gets filled with pine needles. Its a simple clean-out, the end is split and opens up to remove the debris. Check and see if you have this same tube and if its filled with crap...
