Don't know how you all can live in a state that doesn't allow it...here in South Florida, it is almost a requirement. If you don't have it, you fry like a chicken in the sun. I have 20% all the way around my 93. It looks darker than that on a white car. I had one FHP trooper test the tint on the side to make sure I was legal (25% on side windows here). I have a recept from the guy who tinted the car stating 25%. It read 22% (tint is almost 5 years old.) The trooper made up some excuse that the light meters aren't accurate on cloudy days and let me off the hook. :rofl:

I heard something about what they [supposedly] do up here. You hold something up to the window, and if the cop can't read it, your tint is too dark. I don't know if they do it or not. Never seen anyone pulled over for tint. My sister has 35% all around on her '98 Malibu (now my brother's car), and neither of them have been pulled over. I have also heard that if it was on the car when you got it, they can't give you a ticket because you couldn't control what the previous owner did.
