From my own experience
Performance: Car rides stiffer, corners better, steering response is at its best.
Sport: Kinda like perf. but a little more toned down.
Tour: Car rides the smoothest, steering response is slower, noticeable body roll when speeding through turns. The way the steering wheel feels is like the car weighs 1,000 lbs more than when in either sport or perf.
