yellow vette
Has anyone ever seen a yellow c4 w/red interior. I am having a hard time visualizing it and would love to paint mine yellow, but am not sure what the red interior would look like.

The auction says the car was originally red with red interior, which makes sense, since I believe in '88 the brochure did not recommend yellow with the red interior combination. At some point, GM would not allow that combination to be ordered, but I don't know if that was actually the case, or if they simply recommended that it not be ordered.
I don't think I like it on this particular car, but I must admit, the mod red interior on a MY Z06 is growing on me :yesnod:

It kinda has a shock effect when you first see it but I think you would tire of it quickly. IMHO, black or pewter with red guts looks best. :)

I thought someone on the forum had one for a while. It was either a 93 or 96. Striking would be the word. I think it would look good but I am sure it is too radical for most. :cool:

Don't do it... Go silver or black. If you ever try to sell it (for a new vette that is) you may be hard pressed to find someone with similar taste or as strong a stomach... ;)

Thanks zyal8r.......I really think all that I needed was a visualization. That really killed the idea for me. (then again it may have just been the condition of the car.) That's the exact same interior mine has and I just don't think I'd like it. Thanks to all!!!!
