I read on another post about guys putting 18" Z06 wheels on their C4's.
Have a '91 coupe with 275/40 tires and stock sawblades now.... and am wondering if putting on the 18" wheels and matching tires will affect the handling in a bad way or have any other bad affect.
I am asking because I think putting the Z06 18's on would look great and give a little extra clearance too.
Someone here has put 4 Z06 18x10.5 rims on their C4, but I cannot remember who -- maybe do a search for it. Anyway, I believe he said they fit, but had a slight clearance problem on the rears. Another option is to buy 18x9.5 rims from http://www.afswheels.com. These are made with the correct 56mm offset for C4s. They are cheap on ebay.
