quick answer for a quick question..please!!
servicing my 92 auto tranny ,best oil?,how much do i need? is just a regular drain and refill+filter.. thanks! :confused:

I don't remember how much (4 or 5 quarts for just the filter change, more if torque converter is coming out too.) Unless the drain pan has been modified, it is a filter change & fill. You want to use Dextron III or equivalent. Hope this helps you out some. Most parts stores can tell you how much fluid you will need when you get the filter. Also should be listed in the owners manual.
