So after a month of trying to get the 91 to run worth a darn, it finally has the power I've been looking for. After replacing the fuel pump, fuel filter, MAF sensor, thermal sensor, plugs, dis. cap, rotor, wires, injectors and today replaced the stock FPR with AFPR.
The problem is the Ford 21# injectors (from fiveomotorsports) and fuel pressure.
FYI, I needed 39#-40# fuel pressure with the vacuum hose connected. Tried it with 38# w/o vacuum and engine starved. Through mostly trial and error (adjust; test run; adjust; test run) found where it ran great and then put the pressure gauge on it. 39 1/2# with vacuum. Voila!
