Default C4 pricing

Are the C4 prices going to drop at all when C6 comes out or will it mainly affect the C5 crowd? I'm somewhat pondering selling my Harley and getting into a vette and was wondering how prices of LT4's might react next year vs. short term.

I think they are pretty low right now, Might drop a bit more after C6 comes out, but then again there are many people waiting for it to drop, so they can get a C4 or C5. So the demand might not be low.
I am not helping, am I? :D

Personally I feel the C-4s are at bottom right now......... they will probably stay that way for quite awhile.......

Fortunately I don't care what the market is doing, well, for the most part at least. I'm in it for the long haul. :auto: :auto: :auto:

I would guess the C4 values will sink even further when the C6's arrive, good time to buy a great car!

The dudes that say what our vettes are worth, are saying that the prices are going, Like down, down, down.
Let me say, I'm sick of these guys, they are the first to make money on our vette hobby.
I would name them, but.
Probably loose points on my favorite forum. But they know, and we must all suffer.
Not that we care, after all our vette's are special to us. RIGHT?

Yep, they will sink even lower. I mean you can buy a C5 now for around 20k and some high mileage cars even cheaper. Once C5s will start losing more value, so will the C4s.

I still think the prices on C4s are gonna go down some more but rule of thumb has allways been any corvette, any year in good shape will bring $10k. I paid $16500 for my 96 LT4 last December when it had 50k miles. I expect that it'll drop to around $12k to $14k in value before all is said and done. C5s are gonna hit the mid teens soon and for upper teens you'll have your choice.

Wow!! 16,500 for an LT4, that's the kinda deal I would like to find. I'll probably ask around $22k for my bike, probably won't get that much, but I didn't want to have to sink $20k into a car, was hoping between $12k and $18k. Leave room for mods, repairs, etc..... Leaning pretty hard towards selling the bike. :smash:
