does anybody know the location of the fog lamp relay for a 95??????????????

My Helms manual for 96 says "bottom right-hand side of instrument panel, in the relay retainer." The location for 95 may or may not be the same, but you might look there first.

95 manual says in relay container bottom right hand side, pass side.

Remove the passenger side kneepad to do this you will need to open the fuse panel and remove the 3-torx screws, there will be two more cap screws under it. Pull the passenger ac vent by popping the small center cover and removing two torx screws. You will see the 3- 10mm nuts remove than pull panel out and down. . Looking up from under the dash over to the left side or right as you are now upside down!! you will find a black cover about 2x4 remove it there are 4 to 6 relays

2 3 1
6 5 4
2 fog lamp, 3 courtesy lamp, 1 open
6 fuel pump 2 (lt5), 5 fuel pump 1, 4 horn relay
