Default 92 LT1 PCV

Does your PCV have a 90* elbow in it? Every place I have gone only has the one that is straight. i know it would still work, but for one I would have to make the conecting hose longer just fit it up on it, and second it would look stupid sticking straight up.

Has anyone else had this problem?

The PCV on my '94 is straight and sticks straight out of the manifold on the driver's side. A stupid little u-shaped hose loops it back to a hose barb on the manifold.

What you're describing almost sounds like the vent line on the passenger side from the rocker cover to the throttle body. If I'm not mistaken, '92 had magnesium covers with a 90 sticking out the top (mine has the thermoset covers with the line routed out the side) which would look goofy if it stuck straigt up.

Yes, mine has the 90% elbow...
and every parts house around wants to tell me it takes a straight one.

You were right. Thanks. I just assumed that the 90 was the PCV. Mine is just like yours - in the manifold driver side with the little loop.
