First, you have to have a site to "host" your pics. Or you could make your own web page if your internet provider gives you space, many of them do.
Once you have the pics posted somewhere, you just click on "URL" on the post page, and copy the webpage address in between the two .

Welcome, if you don't have a site to host picts from you can use

and host your picts from their. (or rather - link to them from their) :seeya
