You need a torx wrench and a 10 or 12 mm open end wrench to take the panel out. there are three torx screws to take out and the 12 mm bolt at the bottom of the panel only need to be loosen, there is a slot at the bottom, middle of the panel. I think there is another bolt on top near the hinge to be taken out also. The whole thing take about 5 minutes.
When instal it back make sure it line up with the door and the fender. Very easy

I don't have the service manuals and I need to replace the battery, can someone help......seems I have to remove the panel behind the wheel to do this.
