Sent them a letter a few weeks ago asking for a quote on several oddball parts. Today Jason calls me and apologizes up and down for the delay. Said that he set my request aside and it got misplaced by mistake. He said he would mail me the parts USPS Prority and not charge me anything for the parts or the shipping! :cheers:
