You know..I have to agree...some cops are A-holes...but so are some vette (and other) drivers.....Ive been driving for about 30 something years and have been pulled over more times then I can remember....BUT guess what...I can remember only one time getting harassed by the locals..and even then I was the one who brought attention to myself.....You dont know how old it gets when almost everytime I stop someone they just cant imagine why Im picking on them....arent there some bad guys out there I should be chasing...? (Yeah but I dont like yellow mustangs!!)....how bout just taken' your medicine and just be more attentitive next time... :nono: and guess what....usually the ones that only get a warning are the ones who admit they made a mistake.... :yesnod: ..try it next time ( and there will be a next time). Its just so refreshing to not hear :bs all the time.....It sounds like you WERE following too close..and worse...you knew we were riding in the area!!! Pay the court.!!! :smash:

Re: BS Ticket! (Daniel90conv)
Daniel90conv is right on.
For all the times I've been stopped in my 40+ years of driving, the most memorable are the stops when I knew I had screwed up, admitted it to the officer, and he did an about-face and put his ticket book away.
Of course, there have been a few times when I admitted it and still got the ticket! But I DID deserve it...
Pay attention, boys, and if you decide to break the law be ready to pay the consequences.
(BTW, one car length @ 30mph is ticketable in California....it can also put your Corvette in the body shop.)
