I guess this is already discussed many times but now it's me. I've just cleaned my trottlebody, had the MAF sensor removed and cleaned the connector. But when i start now, the rpm's go way up to 2000 rpm and then slow down to 900 and come up again to 1200 and stays there.
I know there is a routine to reset the stationairy rpm's but how? I have the Haynes and the shop manual, it should be written somewhere.
I have a '86 Convertible, no cat's, but a standard L98 engine. The rpm's where significant lower before the cleaning thing! Thanks in advance! :cry
