Choming Sawblades?
I have heard of a few Forum members chrome dipping(?) their wheels. Does anyone have any info on this? Pros / Cons?
I have a set of 95 sawblades that are in great shape. Thought they would look cool if they had a bit more shine!!

I had chrome sawblades, traded them even up for stock wheels. Chrome adds more weight, more weight especially on wheels=less performance.
Try polishing yours first(if you have time to kill), some guys here have polished their wheels with great results.

:iagree:
if you really want them to look nice, take the wheels off the car and clean and polish the insides of the rims too. you'll see the difference.

How much weight are we talking about here? Chromed looks much better than polished IMO.

Or, you can just put the car on a rack and easily polish the insides of wheels w/o removing the whole tire.
