Cna someone give me a yes or no on this dealer. I'm thinking of buying some wheels from them but need some advice from people who made have bought from them before. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2432539686
AFS is GREAT!! I can't say enough good about them... And no they don't pay me... Deal with JJ, he'll deal with you like he's a friend of yours!!!! I bought mine in April, and I've never regretted it for a second!!!!!
I've been looking at the chrome zr1's and Kumho tire package on ebay too. From previous posts, it looks like the general concenus is that they're pretty good for the price (I think the wheel/tire package usually goes for 1100-1200 which is pretty good in my opinion).
Has anyone ever purchased just the two 17x11 rears from AFS? I am after just the two 11" ZR-1 chromes and AFS wants to sell me them to me at "individual" full price. Haven't seen just the two 11's on their Ebay auctions where they would likely go much more economically(and they would sell two less 9.5's).
I bought the ones on my car now from AFS on E-bay for $650.00...they are great wheels. A little heavier than the factory GM wheels but other than that they are very comparable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a set.
Very safe to do business with on eBay . I just picked up a set of chrome Z06 rims with tires. I will receive them tomorrow. :D They shipped them the day after I won them. This weekend, my 93 gets new shocks installed as well. :smash: I haven't received them yet, but as soon as I do, I will let you know about the quality.
Yes!! You will be very happy with the rims and the way they look on your vette. Great rims for the money from a reputable company. I just won a set on ebay myself. :)
AFS is a first class business. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. FWIW, a 17x9.5 AFS wheel weighs about 10 lbs more than a stock 85 wheel, checked by a bathroom scale.
