Two questions this time. ('95 LT1)
Is it true about openig the doors, hatch, hood, when putting a C4 on a lift? Heard/read somewhere about it causing a twisting of the body????
Next is the thermostat. Can I go 160' with no mods except for a TB bypass and will it affect emissions or anything else? The car came from MN where they don't have emissions, to Denver, where they still believe that checking newer cars is a smart way to cut out pollution. WRONG!
Thanx in advance

Opening the doors and hood to go on a lift is not needed

Dunno about the thermostat, I run the stock on in both, I figure the General had a good reason to use what he did :chevy

I've always loosended the roof before putting on any lift. May not be needed but I do it anyway.

The 160 t.stat will not hurt your emmisions...
