I am considdering getting an air foil for a C4 but I have heard some pretty bad things about them. Are they worth the $30 or $40 or are they just crap?

Horsepower TV had a Impala SS strapped to a dyno and did 3 pulls without one, and 3 pulls with one...not even .1 of a HP change.
Garbage...spend the $40 on a few cases of beer instead :D

Welcome to the family and save your money for a effective mod. The airfoil is a urban myth. :yesnod:

Well, none of us who participated will be quitting our day jobs anytime soon and heading out to Hollywood to start writing comedies but we did have a little fun with it :). Beautiful Beast and flyersfan1088 are both right, too. It's always a good idea to do a little research here on the Forum and get a concensus of informed opinions before spending any money on mods...
