I am trying to take the frisbee off my waterpump
I took off the 4 bolts, took off the drive belt and the thing will not budge,,, can anyone tell me why

Just give it a good whack. It is likely just stuck on the pump shaft which is a snug friction fit. Make sure to use lock washers or something when you put the bolts back in so that the long bolts will clear the pump housing.
