Default Anti-Electrolysis

Has anyone seen an anti-electrolysis device that can be connected to the car when not in use?

Haven't seen a JC Whitney catalogue in about 15 years, but that's the last place I saw it. It's like a sacrificial zinc attached to the lower skeg of an outboard motor. As I recall, you stick it in your radiator while the car sits; remove it when it's eaten up.
