Multi part process:
Go to this site and download the free pic sizer: http://www.irfanview.com/
Go to photohost.or and sign up for free on-line posting account
After you resize your pics using the irfanview software, use the upload utility on photohost.org to upload your pics to their site
When you reply to a post or enter a new one and want to put a pic,
(1) open photohost.org to your picture, open picture, right click , go to properties, hi-lite the URL name and copy Ctrl C to your clipboard
(2) in the text are ( like i'm typing now) click on the Image icon below
(3) between the brackets [image]here[image] place your cursor and paste the url you just copied
bingo your there, then post
