Default Loose interior door trim

The drivers door trim is loose at the top, the belt line. I had the trim off today to adjust the door glass. I thought I could fix the trim at the same time. I don't see how it could have ever been tight at the top. It doesn't look like there is anything for the door to grab at the belt line. I almost drilled a hole in the trim and put an interior screw in it at the top rear. Then had second thoughts. Anyone know a way to fix this problem?

Oops. Might help if you knew the year. 1986.

I have taken my door apart several times and I think the onlything that the top hangs on is the knurled "hooks" on the door frame that the door panel hangs on. Every now and then I have to lift the panel and hook it.

Hope that helps. Vinnie87 actually did screw his down. page him. maybe he has a different take on it.
