Default Callaway

Does anyone have a Callaway C4?
If you do, tell me how it performs and some specifications, if you don't mind.

Everything you could possibly want to know can be found at http://www.callawayownersgroup.com :) - Check it out!!

Callaway C4's were two (major) different styles - The GM Option RPO "B2K" cars and the "Supernatural" series cars based upon either the LT1 / LT4 series of engines called "CL1's" or the CR1's which were based upon the LT5 engined cars

Hope this helps

Want more?

I have not run my car thru the 1/4 and probably won't. But I can tell you the acceleration is insane. 10mph roll out in first and punch it...a little turbo lag and at 2800-3k rpm the tires blaze. Hit Second...the turbos spool up and youre going like an F15 off its aircraft carrier, yet again the tires will be blazing. Hit third...the tires may hook and you will be buried hard in your seat as you rocket toward 100mph. Forth gear...the car still feels unnatural, faster acceleration in 4th than my L98 had in 2nd.

Ive never been in another car like it. While the power is viciously laid down, the wastegates whistle and the car quietly rips up the road. All you can hear is great big sucking noise with a deep bass rumble from the back of the car.

I like it a little bit.

475hp/630lbs of torque....that will get you moving :smash: :smash:

WOW! After you get your A/F Ratio tuned better Josh, your car should be NUTS!
BTW: I've alawys wondered, but is there "blow off" valves on your car? Like, on my old 97 Eclipse GS-T, I had a Blitz BOV and when I shifted it made a nice "pssh" sound. Does/can the B2k do that?
Man, I REALLY want a B2k now!

Yea the A/F has given us fits. The Callaway Microfueler isn't quite as adjustable as we'd like. May have to put another stand-alone in there instead. I don't think a chip will do it.

There is no BOV on the car stock. I have been looking at options to put a couple on, but $$$ put that on hold. The BOVs would be pre-intercooler as opposed to after b/c there is no way Id modify the rams horn.

Thanks

I've read somewhere that Callaway C4's rear tires are wider than the front ones. And front ones are same size as regular vette. I think I have seen the pictures, but I'm not sure. Is it true? I want a Callaway badly :auto:

The Callaways with Dymag rims have 275/40 17s all the way around.

Callaway will be the featured car next year at Bloomington. I was there when they unvailed the Speedsters for the very first time. This should be awesome as well.
