Got my car back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, after four weeks and two days, my car was finally finished.
Got it painted in electron blue, and damn, it looks awesome.
There are a couple of spots that the painter will have to fix, but I'm gonna be driving her around for a couple of weeks before taking her back to be touched up.
I'll post pics ASAP, but it probably won't be until Sunday when I can wash her and get some good wax on her. Damn work and school... :banghead:

Congrats! Mine was recently down for about 2 wks waiting to have her intake manifold gasket replaced. So, I know how you feel.

DON'T WAX IT!!! :nono: ...if you wax it before the paint fully cures your going to have problems...most of the time ya should wait 4-6 weeks... ask your bodyman who did the work...and also if it is going back you run the chance of fisheyes... and any how they are going to use a wax and grease remover so your wasting your time and possiably going to hurt the finish...... even though the car feels dry there is still solvent being released out of the paint as it dries it becomes harder ...so hold off and wait...as far as washing i would use a real mild detergent and what ever ya do don't leave it out in the sun with water spots or your burn the paint.. :cheers:
