This might belong in the forced induction area, but I thought it would get more exposure here. On the Z28.com web page there was a thread about an electric supercharger. Something like 150 bucks. Has anyone heard about or seen this gizmo? It can't be real but I thought I'd ask anyway and see what the response was. Anyone?
It said something about 250cfm @8000rpm. One of those' if it's too good to be true, it probably is'. Amazing what people try to get away with isn't it?
No, it's not the tornado. It's a 12v electric motor of some kind. Never heard anyone talk about it(the fact that it is junk is probably the reason, no I wouldn't buy one. I might be dumb, but I'm not stupid)
Checked the site again. It's a plastic housing and according to someone at the site, it's a 'bilge blower' for blowing out bilge water in boats. Now that's using your imagination to put it on a car. What a crock
