Wheel Bearing Question??
Anyone have any problems with Pep Boys wheel bearings? I believe that they are manufactured by Chicago Rawhide which is the company that manufactures the Delco units. Thanks for any help.

Hi Charles,
I put a PepBoys/Chigago Rawhide bearing in the rear last spring. No problems so far, but it's only a few thousand miles. Since there are soooo many opinions and heated discussions on the Forum regarding this issue, I did a little research and discovered that Chicago Rawhide is a subsidiary of SKF bearings. SKF is one of the larger and more respected bearing manufacturers in the industry.
