I didn't have to remove the AC or move the AC unit,,, just removed the hose from the TB over the front of the VCover... but did remove the hard coolant line on the PS side back to allow for more room, removed the spark plug wires.... and bent the old wire clips back to allow for room... and to make things easier in that cramped space,,, I spot tacked the gasked to the VC, cleaned the block good, (Feltpro gaskets) and she went on like a dream...
Now driver side: Removed Alt, removed windshield washer motor cover, sparkplug wires, and vacume line (was going to replace them anyway), then did the same with the VC as above... not a problem... but a tight fit just the same... but once you get the right angle, and the correct slide, she goes right on...
