Consider having them powdercoated. They will look great and the color will never fade. They will be very scratch-resistant. You can have this done in just about any color imaginable. :yesnod:
I painted my valve covers "Wrinkle Paint Black" to match the black plenum and runners. I think it looks better than black on the plenum and runners and silver or chrome on the valve covers. Of course if you left your plenim and runners natural the silver on the valve covers would look better.
Never know when you need to pop the clam shell, like wearing clean underwear, always gotta be prepared so look your best even in places folks don;t normally look. :thumbs:

Exactly right!!! I went to a cruise in one day and had my baby sparkling clean. Some guy walked up and said, "The outside looks good but the real test is what does it look like under the hood?" I popped the hood and his jaw about hit the ground. His comment... "D@mn, you could eat off of that thing!!"
