Default New Shift ****

I just got my Voodoo **** in and installed today. I got black textured so it would still look kind of stock . It fits right in your hand and installed perfectly onto the shifter without any adjustments or set screws. I hope these pictures work.

I like it. I think the spherical (spelling ?) feels better in the hand. I had one similar on an old Camaro I owned.

Yeah, odd, but for some reason I do too... It fits perfectly in your hand..

If I were to change mine, it'd be with one of those Flame *****, I like the way they look, especially at night

I ordered one of the new, round Hurst shift ***** for the C4 because the stock **** just DOESN'T fit my hand.

Where did that VooDoo unit come from??

I, too, like the OEM ****. If I did change, I'd go with the old standard Hurst white **** with the 6 speed label on top. But, I'm an old Hot Rodder.

I replaced the shift **** on mine (manual trans) last year and I got an after market unit rather than GM NOS. The cost was about 25% of NOS and it looks identical. The feel however is completely diff. The old one was padded and quite *squishy*. The new one is so solid it feels like leather wrapped around something solid like wood or metal.

I kinda like the looks of yours and honestly I usually dont like most aftermarket designs...but I would still prefer the stock one. But then other than the GS hash marks I have on my '91 coupe I cant see me making any internal or external changes that could be seen. Im even getting the Bose cd player repaired rather than installing a new system cuz the units indicator light colors dont match up. But each to their own

It $30.00. From the same guy that sells the Hurst shifters on ebay. They come in Black or White. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2445433714
