Argh!! !@#$# Exhaust!!
Well, I was almost a work this morning when I hit the gas and heard a VERY loud rumble from under my Vette. Needless to say it scared the you know what out of me. Upon getting to work, I looked under the car and found that the rear tailpipe hangers gave way and it looks like the exhaust slide out slightly from the portion running from the cats. I was getting ready to look at prices of new exhaust systems. Glad that doesn't look like it will be needed!! Luckily, we go home early enough that I can put it up on jacks stands and fit it back in. One of these days I need to get the pipes welded! Of course, I have been looking at the Corsa system to replace the chambered exhaust system I have now. Maybe a little further down the road, I might just get the Corsa. :D :smash: Thanks for letting me vent a little. :D

LOL reminds me of the crap I went through when I first got my 90. Left tailpipe was tied on rather than clamped for some reason. I just got rid of em and put on the Super Turbos before something like what u just experienced happened. If I were u.......if you can't get any new ones soon just got catless. Atleast then you won't have to hear the random "explosions" coming from the rear.

HEY! How about getting that suspension work finished before you're off on an new mod adventure... :)
John...yeah, I need to get back on doing the suspension and the brakes. I think I am going to do the brakes when the ones on there wear out. As for the suspension, there is one more thing I want to buy to do the rear. Hope to be able to order that soon. :D
