I have an '85 Corvette GM Shop Manual which shows two guide pins per caliper; a catalog lists guide pins as for '84-'87 Corvette.
So, I would say you have two pins per caliper.

The manual say to replace the guide pins and the caliper mounting bolts with each pad change. That isn't really necessary to do each time. New bolts just come with a threadlocker on them so all you have to do to the old bolts is to clean them up and inspect the threads, run a tap down the holes in the calipers to clean them up, put some FelPro BLUE locker on the threads and tighten them down. DO NOT use the RED stuff!!
The guide pins can be cleaned up and inspected closely for abnormal wear. If they look good simply use them again.
