C5 Brake upgrade question
I am wanting to upgrade my calipers, rotors, and pads. I am wanting to use the red painted Z06 calipers, a quality slotted rotor, and a low dusting high performance pad. I know to go from C4 to C5 brakes you need some sort of adapter for the caliper. What would be the cheapest place to purchase these parts? Where would I find the caliper adapter?
I know that the "Corvette Forum Mall" has a GP going right now for front rotors, calipers, and pads for $895. The problem is, no rear rotors or calipers and the calipers aren't red. I know that I can paint them, but I don't want to. I want them factory painted......
Anybody have any ideas on where I could get these?
