Got a new leak, need help
I was crawling around under the car tonight and found this.

Can someone please tell me how bad this is?? This is just in front of the rear differential on the right side. I had the car inspected carefully, or so I thought, before I bought it. This is my first time under the rear end. Any ideas?

That is the filler plug for the rear diff.
Either someone filled it and spilled some, or it is leaking past the threads.
In any case, check the level and make sure it's TIGHT. :thumbs:
