Default Muffler eliminators.(Pics please)

I want to do this mod to my car. Does anybody have any pics from underneath the car.
Did you just cut the old mufflers off?
What did you use as tail pipes?
Is it really loud at idle?
Can you still hear yourself talk when you let the hammer down?

Thanks Mike

Ask and ye shall receive:

1)The old muffler's were partially cut off :yesnod: I still have them, coulde be made to work again if needed :smash:

2)I used the same gold tailpipes I had before :D :D But the elims I got came with SS tips :yesnod:

3) It's not bad at all at idle and low cruise speeds. But when you first take off, the difference is day and night!

4) I've talked on the phone before and listened to the radio a little, but I actually prefer to listen to the exhaust and keep the radio off :D

Thanks again JSA 007

I noticed you have mud flaps on the rear.
Are they home made or bought?
More pics of flaps please.

They are the clear mud flaps from Mid America :yesnod: Those ones are kinda old and one's a little cracked, but I clean them off and they still look fine :yesnod: If they ever get too bad, I'll just replace them with the same :D

You can see them in this pic:
