I pulled the wheels this weekend to paint the calipers and when I hit the lugs with impact wrench the chrome just flew off. So I peeled what was left off they dont look to bad but I think they will start to corrode.DO you all know where I can get some quality lugs
sam
They are a "special" nut that has a an external set of threads so that you after you have mounted your tire in the "normal" manner, you then screw on a set of plastic covers, over the lug nuts, that are a dullish aluminum color.
This is the std setup on a 96. Was 94 different?? or do you have an aftermarket lug nut?
I do have 10 extra of the plastic nut covers.
Not sure I have want you want, definitely I don't have chrome.
Ihave not checked auto zone, but I will. I have the chrome aftermarket A molds. I got the lugs when I picked up the wheels. I hope the chrome on the wheels stands up better than the lugs.
Thanks Sam
