What is the best way to get rid of excess silicon build up from using armor all type products on seats and tires? I understand that over time this will ruin rubber and leather eventually turning it white.
I dont use armor all but I bought my car used and am not sure if the owner before me might have.

Talk to the guy who runs your local automotive paint store. There are several products used to remove silicons before painting. There may be one that is safe to use on an interior.
