Hey All,
There has been a few threads about tools and peoples favorite. I, like a lot of you Im sure, take great pride in my tool collection and love spending days wrenching away. So a lot of people gave their favorite tool, I was curious to see what people thought there most valuable tool was. Not value as in price, but rather what do they find is their most needed tool when working on their rides. Like my favorite, besides beer  do yall think you couldnt do without. I would have to go with lights myself. While wrenches and drivers get the jobs done, without my lights I dont think I could get anywhere. Im just curious in what yall think, wrench on!
I got tools, but dont take much pride in them... they get the job doen thats it. However, I have to say that my tire iron tha came wiht the vette has done some miracle jobs. It proved to be extremely usefull in doing the srping job on my budies WRX. Without it, there is no way we could have gotten the the springs off. And its good at taking my wheels off too. :D
It's hard to single out just one but I guess my cheap racheting screw driver, with its swiss army knife set of bits, sees a lot of use on the cars and around the house too.
Mine has to be the all valuable (especially on these engines) U-Joints.. Makes it much easier to get to many of the bolts.. (and when you need a U-Joint just to remove the spark plugs.. something is seriously wrong!!)
My hands  just kidding how about my rachets wrenchs everything would be a pain with out them. And when I break them Sears gives me new ones for free :D
And for when the job is done I sit back and admire with my good friend Jack and his buddy coke
It has to be my air compressor!!! I use it with all sorts of air tools and to blow dry the car after washing it and to help clean the engine in all the tight places.
I just borrowed a brake bleed system from a friend of mine last weekend and all I had to do was hook up your air compressor to the system then hook a hose on your caliber bleed valve, turn on the air compressor.I did a complete brake fluid change in under thirty minutes.
