NADA value for 'CLASSIC' '84 = MSRP ($21,800)!!!

Ya gotta be kidding--they say the value of an 'Average Retail' restored '84 that's STILL a 20-footer (The exterior paint, trim, and mechanics are presentable and serviceable inside and out. A "20-footer") is $16,100!
...anyone wanna buy my 20-footer?! I'll sell it for (your guessed it) $16,100.00!!! :rolleyes:
