looking for.............
I have tried all the catalogs, etc., and am trying to locate the plastic dash piece that fits around the hood opener on my 88. Any ideas where to find this???? Thanks forum :smiliedrool:

If you are talking about the plastic peice on the left side , at the bottom of the dash, where the hood release is-- you are right they don't sell it.
You should contact a bone yard, where they "Part" Corvettes.
Alot of them on Ebay.

I use ebay quite often. Once your signed up you can make a proxy bid.
By that you put the highest you will pay for the item and if no one else bids you get it for the starting bid. If someone bids more than your proxy bid they get it.
There's not much demand for that item so you can probably get it for the starting bid amount.
