Hooker 2149 or 2151 and the 16720 Ypipe, you can get them from Summit Racing.
You can also get TPiS' headers.
The 2151 are cheaper, because they come uncoated (but you need them coated anyway).

There's a couple of different GPs going on for headers here on the forum right now too. The Stainless Works headers are made for LT1s but will fit L98s too. I believe they don't make them until they're ordered at this point and I'll bet they'd make them w/o smog hook-ups upon request.
