I could spit nails
Putting the valve train together today and opened my brand new shiney CompCams Pro Magnum 1.6 Roller Rockers. Got done with all but one rocker and guess what?

CC shorted me a rocker nut! Argh! :mad Guess this engine sits in the bag for another week or so until they send me a new one.

It seems like it's one thing after another with this project...

I'll bet if you call them and fuss nicely, they'll rush ship you one. Or if you got them at a local speed shop, they should give you one and get it back from CC.

I don't know what it is about CC lately, but this has not been an uncommon thing in the past 6 months. Their QC needs to get better, or bring their manufacturing back home.
