Has anyone used the product Liquid Lustre on there Vettes?
I bought one of the bottles at a car show. Its a pink bottle, it says carnubu
wax. Just wondering if it was ok to use on a Corvette. I dont want to use a product that takes off to much paint. Anyone used Liquid Lustre?
Yo, Vinnie! Did you strip off the old wax with Dove before applying Zaino? I have the stuff, but need to touch up some ugly paint chips before I use it. I have never heard anyone say anything about it but I am concerned that the touch-up paint won't adhere over the Zaino finish. Anybody have any experience with this?
Actually did the whole process... did my paint chips and used the lanko product to finish it out... then did the
Dove wash
clay bar
zaino show wash
5 coats of the swirl , can remember if z2 or z5
3 coats of final zaino
inbetween each coat of all, used the spray detail....
best finish ....
Carnubu wax (I remember it being spelt differently) is a natural product and shouldn't contain any cutting compound. This wax is safe to use on metalic paint, fiberglass and clear coats.
You will need to finish your touch-ups before applying this product as paint will not adhere to the waxed surface or use a professional quality grease and wax remover before touch-up then reapply your carnubu wax.

Now that these guys are done highjacking your thread  Yes I have used thier detailer. It does give a nice shine but no better then any other detailer that you can find at Salvo's...ect.
